The Redel Foundation
The Redel Foundation supports social projects by working closely with Caritas International around the world – transparently and efficiently. The work of the foundation, which was founded in 1988, is based on the values held dear by Dr. Hans-Werner Redel: a love for helping people.
A clearly defined mission
The fruits of Cesra’s work go to a good cause.
The revenue that Cesra generates year after year do not end up swelling the coffers of any individual person, family, or shareholder. Rather, any profits that are not reinvested in making the company viable for the future are transferred directly to the Redel Foundation. Here, in accordance with the foundation charter, these funds are used for charitable purposes, i.e. to help people whose lives have been devastated by catastrophes, natural disasters, or war.
This means that Cesra does lasting good on many different levels – the only constellation of its kind in Germany.
